The City of Goodlettsville is happy to have additional industrial spaces in the city limits to encourage more jobs. Industrial is a major part of a city economy usually more important than the local citizen realizes. These types of projects offer future jobs and opportunities for even local high school kids who may be interested in a certain career path that these companies offer. The Al. Neyer project was a collaboration between all city departments and Al. Neyer, and we are very excited to have them in our city now and into the future. Below is a brief written statement from representatives at Al. Neyer about the project and their company.
Louisville Highway Industrial is a two-building warehouse facility totaling 225,200 SF in Goodlettsville developed and built by Al. Neyer. The strategic location off Louisville Highway ensures easy, quick access to neighboring Interstate-65 with a 20-minute commute to downtown Nashville. Other major highways nearby including Highway 174, Highway 41, and Highway 386 make this project a prime location for companies seeking proximity to the urban core.
